Delta Team USA Jersey Drawing
OFFICIAL RULES OF ENTRY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN

Eligibility: The Delta Team USA Drawing is open to all active employees of Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”) who are in good standing, who are legal residents of the United States, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Contractors are not eligible to enter.
Timing: The entry period opens on April 1, 2025, at 12:01 EST and closes on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 EST (“Drawing Period”).
To Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry: (1) purchase a Team USA jersey from deltateamusajersey.corpmerchandise.com or (2) submit your name, email address and phone number on delta team gear, to be entered into the Drawing. Entries received after the Drawing Period are not eligible for the prize. Maximum of one (1) entry per person.
Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded at the end of the Drawing Period. The prize for the winner will be a framed Team USA jersey signed by Allyson Felix that has an approximate retail value of $350. The Prize is not transferrable and not substitutable for cash or a cash equivalent.
Winner Selection: A random drawing will be conducted on May 1, 2025, to select the potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Drawing Period. A representative from Delta or its agency will contact the potential winner via phone or email within seven (7) days after the date of drawing. Delta shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions: Delta reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the drawing as determined by Delta in its sole discretion. Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. If, in Delta’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the drawing, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Drawing, Delta reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Delta reserves the right to award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.
